Whether taking photos of plums and shallots in my garden, of a night scene in Orvieto, fields of wisteria blossoms amidst bumblebees on ancient stone walls, or of reflections in Clear Lake, I play at using camera as paintbrush to capture impressionist images and fields of color.
I like imagining that insects, hummingbirds and we are similarly drawn to exquisite color.
